How do I contact a seller, owner, or agent?

Open the property listing and use the inquiry form or contact option provided. Include your name, contact details, preferred viewing schedule, and any questions about the property.

Can I schedule a viewing through RentOrBuyPH?

RentOrBuyPH helps connect interested buyers and renters with the listing contact. Viewing arrangements are handled between the interested user and the seller, owner, or agent.

Does RentOrBuyPH handle payments or deposits for rentals or purchases?

No. RentOrBuyPH does not currently handle rental deposits, reservation fees, down payments, or purchase payments between buyers, renters, owners, and agents. Always verify the property and contact person before sending money.

How do I list a property?

Click "List property," create or sign in to your account, and submit the property details, photos, price, location, and contact information. Listings may be reviewed before going live.

Who can list a property?

Property owners, licensed brokers, agents, developers, and property managers may submit listings as long as the listing information is accurate and complete.

What information should I include in my listing?

Include the correct price, location, property type, floor area or lot area, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, parking availability, amenities, high-quality photos, and clear contact details.

Why was my listing not approved?

A listing may be rejected or held for review if it has missing information, unclear photos, suspicious details, duplicate content, unrealistic pricing, or incomplete contact information.

Can I edit my listing after submitting it?

If your account has listing management access, you can update your listing from your dashboard. Updates may require review before appearing publicly.

Is listing a property free?

What do paid listing packages include?
